Debbe Childress-Garrett has worked with hundreds of medical practices in the areas of marketing, customer service and leadership development.

Debbe is often the featured speaker and consultant for many healthcare organizations across the country. She also recruits and trains marketing reps for medical practices.

Ms. Garrett is also a Behavioral Analyst and has instructed thousands of physicians and staff members in the use of behavioral style recognition to help them better serve their patients. She is a distributor and instructor of the DiSC behavioral style assessment tools.

Debbe is the author of Prescriptions for Painless Selling and Success Through Service, and she is often quoted in Medical Economics and Medical Office Manager. She is a regular contributor to Tennessee Medicine.

Upon receiving her MBA from Winthrop University, Debbe served as an adjunct faculty member instructing Economics and Business Communications. She also holds a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee. She has served on the faculty of the American Educational Institute.

Debbe currently resides in Knoxville with her husband, Dr. Mike Garrett. She has two children, Brittany and Pierce.
