Andy Rice currently directs the training and development of Henry Schein’s medical business unit for their United States division. His responsibilities include development and integration of critical skills for mangers, sales professionals, lab and equipment specialists, telesales, and members of the marketing team. His internal duties include curriculum design, content development, resource allocation, and content presentation in multiple settings. In addition to internal development, Mr. Rice is also heavily involved in “Customer Facing Training” and strategic partnerships with key supply partners. He has also served as a Regional Sales Manager in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Arkansas for Henry Schein. His duties included team building, business optimization, and medical practice consultation. In the latter role, he developed and implemented individualized solutions for medical practices in the areas of financial growth, marketing, regulatory compliance, therapeutic optimization, and human resource management.

Andy holds a Master of Science degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Academic Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He is married to Susan Rice and has a daughter, Anna Caroline. They live in Greenville, SC.
